Psychiatric Evaluation

Psychiatric Evaluation will include a general medical and psychiatric history and a mental status examination. You will meet with our renowned Medical Director, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Susana Nwosu, DNP, CRNP-PMH, who has many years of experience in the field. A diagnosis will be determined at the end of the evaluation. Sometimes you may be required to take a lab test depending on your medication needs.
